When I turn off the wifi and then turns it on again, it doesn’t work . It keeps trying to connect yet the only solution is to reboot the system. I am using EndeavrourOS deepin and I have rtl8723DE network adapter
if you do turn off and then on , then sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager , what does it do on that point ?
It restarts the adapter yet it can’t connect
May this any good?

Edit: Actually i don’r see the rtl8723de on there? Here is a different one.
Thank you, at first the wifi card driver wasn’t discoverable and I used this to enable it
What does it show for the wifi?
lspci -k
03:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter
DeviceName: WLAN
Subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter
Kernel driver in use: rtl8723de
Kernel modules: rtl8723de, wl
Yet it’s not connected to any network because I restarted it
It doesn’t connect at all?

I tried the second one you sent and it gave error executing this command

Maybe try installing this one?
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/rtlwifi_new-extended-dkms
It has fix for low signal on rtl8723de
I believe it’s a deepin problem, I will switch to cinnamon maybe
Ya deepin is not exactly 100% always working with everything. Wifi does seem to have some issues as well as the network manager. You’ll know soon enough if you try another desktop.
