Nur AUR Zeug:
pacman -Qqem > ~/packages-AUR.txt

Und nur Pakete aus den Repositorien
pacman -Qqetn > ~/packages-repository.txt

gibt auch paclist im AUR:

List all packages installed from a given repository.
