While using pacman i get these messages

Run

pacman -Qo FILE

for those files to see what packages own them.

Reinstall the package(s).

No.
The problem still exists.

These are most likely symlinks to the actual library file, so ldconfig is ignoring them.

Verify with an ls -l on one of the files.
