Which tool helps to save power the most?

Hey Guys,
Been using an arch distro for nearly 1.5 years,got bored with it so just started running EOS from today. Currently the system is using the power-profiles-daemon . Will switching to TLP or LMT be better?
I am running EOS on an Acer Nitro 5 with Ryzen 5 3550H AMD Vega 8 Nvidia GTX 1650 Mobile.
