Which privacy browser?

I might add that I run everything through Pi-hole too + a user.js file in Firefox.

The tests are only against different web pages that fingerprint you. But I get similar results as with add-ons.

It’s just my tests. You can take them any way you want!

That will happen when you don’t know what you are testing for.

That’s for sure. I’m a regular user who wants some privacy when I’m just browsing.

Edit:

I’m going to drop my own tests in here so there won’t be any misunderstandings.

I should have written that everything is based on own tests. However, I’m not that bad when it comes to privacy. I’ve been trying to protect myself for 25 years online.

However, I have a bit of a hard time getting the right words out as I’m not very good at English. So I write easy words that are not so technical to write. Which could mess things up a little bit.

Let’s just leave it all and move on!

Epiphany enthusiasts represent!

Jk. Firefox it is.

Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge, at least, if Internet Explorer isn’t available.

Can’t muster up a grin when you say that???

Actually, it took quite some effort to suppress it, thank you very much.

Anyone using Plasma tried this out yet?

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/plasma-integration/

I would suspect a fairly high percentage of plasma users are using that.

Without there will limited integration between Firefox and plasma. You need it if you want media controls. I think it may also be needed for notification support but I disable browser notifications so I don’t have personal experience there.

I’ve used Plasma for 6 months and had this addon for the whole time.

It’s mostly just for looks in my opinion, it’s nice to have media controls in the taskbar, same with managing downloads right from your notifications menu. There’s also a few other extra features that seem worth using, but I never did.

Honestly, if it’s something you’d like, it’s nice and it works. But it’s nothing groundbreaking and wont save you more than a couple of clicks.

I’m trying out FireDragon, by dr460nf1r3 of Garuda Linux.

It’s a modified LibreWolf built using Firefox Nightly, with some custom theming and a few add-ons installed by default. It’s very nice, I must say. I think this is going to be my default browser from now on.

:fire: :dragon:

It’s in the AUR:
