Vivaldi - always first choice. Love the “workspace” features; now have 8 in constant use.
Firefox - for when my Vivaldi security settings are too restrictive for a site I really need to access.
Tor - for when my Vivaldi security settings are not restrictive enough.

For Vivaldi, I have one of my Xencelabs device screens set up so that each button brings me instantly to a unique browser workspace, with all of the tabs either open or pinned based on usage habits. Looks like this…

I’m currently test running standard Chromium, with uBOL, to see how uBOL performs. I will make a thread with my findings some time soon.

Firefox is my default - but for the layout I’m also using Zen (firefox based, and synchronised with Firefox too - so my Zen shortcuts appear in Firefox).

Keyboard Shortcuts also appear in the Settings menu… but not all are editable (i.e. it’s still Firefox) and so far it kept up with the latest Firefox within an hour or so of updates…

yay zen-browser-bin

I haven’t yet tried Zen. I will try it out after I’m done testing Chromium with uBOL.

You can install the binary librewolf-bin or you can download a performance optimized version from chaotic-aur. https://aur.chaotic.cx/package-list
This is what I do.

For the last few months, it has been just Chromium or Ungoogled Chromium. After more than 20 years of use, I’ve now reached the point where I simply can’t stand Firefox anymore, sorry for that.

I use Chromium.

I use Floorp. Personally i think that it’s got to the point when its pretty good, atleast for me

I use Chrome with google stuff, it has a lot better performance than firefox based ones, plus firefox is falling apart with what they want to do, and their various efforts and ideas brought many breaking changes to the end user which is a disaster when the end user base is shrinking. It’s a bad loop.

I still need google’s sync function as it is most stable and reliable, will look for cross device sync in chromium later on.

Brave is too intrusive with their push on crypto, search and other offerings, a lot of the time those got into my way of using it. Though I think it has better performance on blocking ads than chrome+ublock.
