It is actually older than that (the recipe). It is my grandmother’s. It is only made on Christmas Day. Couldn’t be with family this year due to my parents being high risk for COVID. Reminds me of home. Besides after there are so many things to do with the leftovers. Sandwiches…ham and eggs…pea soup…

sounds very gassy mixing fruits and veggies as the digest at different rates and cause gas as a result when mixed like that…
also sounds very delicious
