Missed it the last time it was on sale. Keeping on eye on it. Hopefully during the Steam Winter Sale.
Have to admit that the local price meant I pre-ordered it incase it went up.

Yeah, @dodgypast, the local price is good. However, I am still on the US Steam Store. So I still pay US prices. I had to set it up that way so my brother could gift me games. He does that for my birthday and Christmas. When I had switched over to the Thailand store, I could not activate the games he sent me that he had bought from the US Steam Store. One of his gifts, was a Cyberpunk 2077 pre-order back in March. Otherwise, I would not be playing it right now. I personally wait for the sales.
On another note, I do not know if it is still the case, at one time you could not buy Tropico 5 from the Thailand Steam store. When it came out in 2014, the new Thai government, brought to power by a coup, felt it was a “commentary on their government” and banned it from sale in Thailand. This is another reason why I keep using the US Steam Store.
Tropico 5 is banned, but not 4 and 6 
Other than that I don’t think anything else has been banned so I have to admit I don’t really think about it too much. Personally while not everything is locally priced enough stuff is sold significantly cheaper that I felt it was worth it.

Not likely, because of the Epic free game Christmas stuff. I have the Epic store web page open as my start page. After this stuff is done, I will be changing it back to the Arch homepage.

On Portal note. A team of modders ported the extra levels that were released on the Xbox 360 port of Portal. It runs really well. If one is interested, you can find the mod here:
