While I am months away from 50, I am not that old in my mind or demeanor. I love the older stuff from Pink Floyd, Zeppelin, Hendrix, etc but have a soft spot for that which took me from a very dark place in this life, ie; Techno/Computer Music/Electronics… =P

Thrash metal with brazilian anger behind the mic
Max Cavalera and the rest of Sepultura
“Refuse/Resist”
it’s just primal

edit:
Got time for the best lyricist I know of. No one writes like Vinnie Paz - I don’t even like Hip Hop but he touches your spirit and makes you think with his music

Good old 1969 title.

I do love this album :):laughing:

Grunge was never my thing - and I’m far from a Pearl Jam fan but this track is awesome. And Eddie Vedder - just like Cris Cornell - have a powerful voice. But just listen and judge for yourself. And the guitar solo at 1.54 gives me goosebumps

Sad this is one of their lesser known songs - it’s just so underrated IMO

edit;
Speaking of Cris Cornell - how about some Audioslave. One of the most underrated vocalists of all time. He made it seems so effortless and still had this incredible powerful voice

R.I.P Cris you were one in a million
