His last LP, Black Star, is all about death. What an artist, the way he dealt with it. You’re absolutely right. This legacy cannot be put into words.

This might sound weird but I still haven’t listened to Black Star, I’ve just not been able to face it.
My mental health was a bit fragile over that past few years but I’m cooking with gas now so I think now is the time, 10 years on, it seems appropriate somehow.
