Best is subjective. I ll give you that. Plenty of guitar players invent/play and own certain rifts. The competition in that arena is fierce. And lets not for forget the copy cats, for example:

Jeff grew up with Jimmy and Honestly I think Jeff was the better of all of those in that Era. I love Hendrix but think he was a bit overrated.
