Depending on how its processed this could be a good source of nutrients for a lot of places in the world. Cattle and other sorts of farming like it are a huge source of deforestation, water consumption, and general loss of ecosystems so good alternative sources of those sorta of nutrients is a good thing and needed for the future

Unfortunately, it was a misquote and all the outlets ran with it. The blog post states that it was a hypothetical scenario and that experiment has never been run before.
