Just had an update, loaded it, and it seems to be mostly back, although icons on a blank tab that used to be there are not restored. Their functionality does exist in the menu’s however.
Just in case anyone else reads this thread at some point, but I can also recommend KeePassXC.
Used it for a long time on Linux, and used Base Keepass before that on Windows for many years. I’ve found it very easy to use, and everything is stored locally on an encrypted file so it stays on my PC or external offline drives. That being said I haven’t tried other solutions like bitwarden.
