There are several ways of doing it but here is one of the smoothest I’ve found.
Just make sure you know what you are doing and don’t overdo it !!

You don’t need to connect to a website. Use universal-android-debloater. 
But still, you have to know what you are doing!
just saying… anyone running a de-googled android device (includes also grapheneos) may not be able to visit some websites anymore because of recaptcha.
also many apps are more and more dependent on certain google services.. which also sucks, because if you dont have them, cant run that app.

Per se yes. But only if you WANT to use/set up this to use the Google services. But if you want to actually be google free, why would you want to use this? In the end by using the Google profile, you just crawl back using Google services to use, .. in this case the internet.
Also who says this won’t get worse even more, at some point just using the profile with the Google services won’t be enough as the recaptcha may even get more aggressive.
If you want to be google free than you can’t use any recaptcha at all. Just using it will make you “ungooglefree” - but gos gives you the choice.
Yeah,… And what is your point? This is the problem, if like every website out there wants to use recaptcha.. what then? The internet will be unusable when you don’t want to use Google services. How will you do basic tasks, how will you do work?
If every app, not just banking and government apps, EVERY APP, EVERY WEBSITE, is dependent on Google, how will you use graphene os? How will you use a de-googled phone? Shure, some developers can make some stuff that doesn’t use it,… But really, how many people will use that? Some messaging app that maybe 10 people will use?
How long they are able to do that? Even graphene os worries about it.
Google’s Play Integrity API requires hardware attestation for the strong integrity level and is gradually phasing in requiring it for the more commonly used device integrity level. Apple already has it as a requirement. Over the long term, this will increasingly lock out hardware and OS competition. The purpose of these systems is disallowing people from using hardware and software not approved by Apple or Google. This is wrongly presented as being a security feature. Banks and government services are the main ones adopting it but Apple and Google are encouraging every service to use it. reCAPTCHA Mobile Verification will currently work with sandboxed Google Play on GrapheneOS but it clearly exists to provide a way for them to start using hardware attestation on systems without it. People without an iOS or Android device will be locked out when this is required even without that. This isn’t about security or any missing functionality.
GrapheneOS can be verified via hardware attestation. Google bans using GrapheneOS for Play Integrity because we don’t license Google Mobile Services and conform to anti-competitive rules already found to be illegal in South Korea and elsewhere.

My point is that your statement was not correct. My second point is that you have zero benefit to use google services on a degoogled phone, because google gets your data anyway. My third point is that gos gives you currently the choice when and how to do it.

It is, as grapheneos does not ship the Google profile with the services enabled out of the box. This you have to setup yourself and install yourself. On base grapheneos, recaptcha will not work, unless you choose to do these workarounds by installing and setting this up. (As confirmed by graphenos themselves in above statement)

What is the point of using a degoogled phone when everything is depending on google services, and soon you have no way to use internet/apps or anything. You will be completely locked out of everything. And if you use the Google profile to use recaptcha, you crawl back to Google and feed them your data. Just to use the internet.

You know,.. we are having an argument, and it simply feels like we are unable to get to the point, as it feels like we are talking past each other (either bc of language barrier or knowledge differences)… And you coming across like this now, kinda proves this feeling I already had 2 comments earlier or so.. which is sad, or disappointing I guess… I am not offended, never was
I will not talk Off topic anymore, I just thought it would have been interesting, as simply degoogeling could introduce problems (grapheneos has a workaround as of right now, if set up, future looking scary though)… But didn’t want it to go that way, I’m sorry.
