Yes they ran crysys on it. As in “can it run crysys?” It at the time a very demanding graphics engine. Only very high end machines could run it acceptably let lone at all.
I think he needs one for Graphics rendering lol. I’m not a believer in software rendering. I like hardware!
My old CPU and GPU are fine since Blender has Eevee
, but it is more complicate with Lighting, Shadow and Glas-Objects.
At least for video softwarerendering is the better choice when it’s up to quality, although it might be slower. No plan here when it’s up to graphics/images. ![]()
