USB to HDMI wors on hybrid laptops in all GPU/iGPU modes

So, I just bought a type-c to HDMI cabel and tested it with Optimus-Manager, later will test it with EnvyControl*.
HDMI signal was instantly sent to the external monitor, though with connection via a normal HDMI port on my laptop there was a signal only in the NVIDIA mode set with both EnvyControl or Optimus-Manager.

My laptop model - HP Victus 16, ryzen 5600h + rtx 3050ti
Port information -

1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge); 1
SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate (HP Sleep and Charge); 2 SuperSpeed USB
Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 1 HDMI 2.1; 1 RJ-45; 1 AC smart pin; 1 headphone/microphone
combo
  • The only problem with OptimusManager that I had, is that after some time video output in the Nvidia mode was starting to freeze on both main and external monitors. But both hybrid and integrated modes been working flawlessly, so I’m going to switch back. Because EnvyControl in compare to the Optimus-Manager, entirely disables dGPU in the integrated mode, which increases battery life.
