My only other suggestion is to check with Asrock regarding updating the UEFI firmware (Bios) with having the current Cpu you have Ryzen 5 2600

Unless you meant that it’s just ignoring the keyboard to wake the machine? Nah, if I wake it up with a different keyboard, the one on the mobo’s USB controller is still down.
This is frustrating… I’m going to try writing to the MOBO OEM again.
