No clue now lol.

pacman -Qm
pacman -Qs pamac

If you’re removing both packages ( pamac-aur-git & libpamac-aur-git ), making sure your system is up to date, and still getting an error when you do a clean install of pamac-aur-git, I’m not sure what else to tell you, other than to maybe give the regular pamac-aur package a try and see if that installs or gives any errors as well?

Edit: try what @manuel suggested and let us know.
For example here’s my pamac -Qs pamac:

[scott@endeavourOS ~]$ pacman -Qs pamac
local/archlinux-appstream-data-pamac 20211018-1
Arch Linux application database for AppStream-based software centers (Fixed
    for pamac-aur and pamac-all packages)
local/libpamac-aur 11.1.3-2
Pamac package manager library based on libalpm
local/pamac-aur 10.2.2-3
A Gtk3 frontend, Package Manager based on libalpm with AUR and Appstream
    support
[christopher67@EndeavourOS ~]$ pacman -Qm
archlinux-appstream-data-pamac 20211018-1
brave-bin 1:1.31.88-1
libpamac-git 1.1.3.r6.g25b0dba-1
librewolf-bin 94.0-1
numix-gtk-theme 2.6.7-1
numix-icon-theme-git 21.10.31.r0.g7a28092dd-1
[christopher67@EndeavourOS ~]$
[christopher67@EndeavourOS ~]$ pacman -Qs pamac

local/libpamac-git 1.1.3.r6.g25b0dba-1

[christopher67@EndeavourOS ~]$

Yup this worked sudo pacman -Rs libpamac-git seemed to do the trick. Then I did a yay -S pamac-aur-git and rebooted and all is good again. Thanks @Scotty_Trees & @manuel

It is not old, it is related to gitlab code. Just try to build it, and you’ll get something like 1.x instead of 11.x.y.

No problem!

Removing libpamac-git didn’t help me because it wasn’t installed. I simply did this with the sudo pacman -Rs pamac-aur-git command to remove the package in question and then reinstalled it with the yay -S pamac-aur-git command, during which the conflicting libpamac was deleted.
