UpdateInTerminal - incorrect marking as orphaned

EOS UpdateInTerminal shows:

AUR Update-Check:
:: Searching AUR for updates...
 -> Orphaned AUR Packages:  wineasio

but it’s not marked as orphaned
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/wineasio

what does yay say?

UpdateInTerminal uses an AUR helper. By default it is yay.
The message comes from the AUR helper.

thank you guys!
so I will wait a few days for a status update

A packaged is orphaned when it doesn’t have a maintainer. If you look at your link, you will see there is no maintainer.

As a side note, when an AUR package moves from being orphaned to having a new maintainer is the point of greatest risk for an AUR package. Be sure to review the PKGBUILD diff if someone new picks it up.
