I primarily create 16:9 4K wallpapers. I’m not sure this one is even conducive to a resize of that nature.

I have scrolled through some of the pictures in your github repo. This is a lot of wallpapers and I like many of them. 
But do you have - or can you create - a overview page with thumbnails? A preview page so to speak. It is a little bit cumbersome to click on each of the dozens of pictures one by one to get an overview.
I’m not sure that GitHub has that functionality. I remember trying to find such functionality many months ago with no luck.
Perhaps someone with more GitHub knowledge will chime in or message me.
You could set up a github pages repo and make the preview with html

Yeah. It’s quite a lot of effort, but it is possible 
Unfortunately, I don’t know of any wyswyg html editors.
Edit: Apparently Libreoffice Writer saves as html. Still quite a lot of work though!

you can resize them to what you need. There are several Image programs that allow you to do this.

@tstevens, exactly. Many image apps do simple resizes. And to be honest, you don’t even need to resize it. As long as your desktop is 16x9, and you choose “to fit” your screen, the wallpaper will work as-is.
