NEW ONE: Alternate MERCURY Wallpaper

It was decided early on that the default MERCURY ISO wallpaper would not include EOS logo/branding. Same here, sometimes. For the one included in the Mercury ISO, I just tried my best to have it “feel” like EndeavourOS as best I could without the branding.
