I haven’t changed the firewall, nor do I want to disable it. Looks like there is another person who had this issue but he never got a solution.

Pacman and other programs say no internet even though I can browse just fine

Welcome to the forum! If possible, try installing package rate-mirrors and then use the Welcome app to rank the mirrors with the button that uses rate-mirrors. Also you could rank the EndeavourOS mirrors with Welcome.
