I just did a fresh install of endevour on my new laptop. Everything is running smoothly, i3 and all of my apps work just fine. Except for terminal emulators. The standard Xfce term along with UXterm work fine, but trying to use something like kitty or alacritty results in a blank screen where I cannot type anything. I have no idea what is causing this issue as I have just installed the system and have not changed anything. The emulators can open, but nothing can be typed or ran.di Help would be much appreciated!

My first suspicion is that your problem has something to do with graphics drivers, because both Alacritty and Kitty use GPU.
Share some info about hardware, please:
