As title: When I try to log into plasma wayland with correct password it freezes.
This started when used secondary monitor and didn’t happen before.
X11 works fine and if I type wrong password it says that it is wrong as normal.

but I believe it is not the issue related to the hardware.
I created new user and it works just fine in plasma wayland. So it must be something corrupted in my configuration. If you have any idea what could it be. I have already deleted some kwin configs.
Another symptom is that it changes screen brightness to maximum and starts using dedicated gpu (fans start to spin)

In the log there is something like ANSI_X3.4-1968 is not an UTF-8
So, the difference of the two users must be in in character set
It is not clear for me these are global ones:

Hi eso, thank you for your suggestion, but this warning was present before plasma stopped working and could not be the issue that is causing plasma wayland not to start.

I have renamed .config and .local directories and now it is working. I will try to find what was causing the freezing and post it here.
It was something in .config directory that was the issue. I am not able to locate exact file.
