Unable to Connect to WebDAV Server

I installed davfs2 under both of my Debian installs, as well as EndeavourOS, and I was able to successfully connect to the WebDAV server provided by my online storage provider using Double Commander. I didn’t need to do anything with the configuration file installed under /etc/davfs2 or follow any of the other guidelines under the Arch Wiki for davfs2 on either of my Debian installs.

However, I’m not able to connect to the WebDAV server provided by my online storage provider using Double Commander under EndeavourOS.

Under my Debian installs, all I had to do was click the Network Connect or Open VPS List icons in the toolbar under Double Commander, right click on the address line, and then enter the following:

davfs://link-to-online-storage-provider

However, when I do the same under EndeavourOS, I get an error message, something about being unable to change the directory. What is it about EndeavourOS that is preventing a successful WebDAV connection?

Just a quick check: Your webdav server uses the standard ports? 80 and 443?

If not: you might need to adjust the firewall on EOS.

No idea…nothing is mentioned on my storage provider’s site about which ports are used. Again, I didn’t have to change anything on my Debian installs after installing the davfs2 package.
