Unable to connect to my company vpn

hi there, this is my first post in this forum, i’ve just installed endeavouros and it looks great.
i need to configure network manager to connect to my company vpn using l2tp shared key protocol
that’s what i done:
installed openvpn openswan networkmanager-l2tp plugin
i can create my vpn but it seems i cannot connect
anybody can try to help me ?

I’ll get right to the point. That is probably a question for the IT manager at your company, for a lot of reasons.

Hi Pudge, it manager is not available at the moment anyway no problem, i get connection with windows but i just would like to have it fully running in my eneavour PC too so me and my girlfriend can work at the same time

welcome to the forum.
You said, you installed openvpn but as far as I know that is another protocol. At my comany we’re using openvpn for the homeoffice-user and ipsec/l2tp for the branch offices.

And try to gather more information, why the connection won’t be established.

Have you installed the xl2tp-package also?

hi DevNul yes i use l2tp shared password protocol
xl2tp package is already installed
as vpn protocol i choose l2tp and in ipsec settings i choose psk shared password
