I’m not able to hit the AUR or even open the webpage. Ping gives me a 100% packet loss and curl --verbose https://aur.archlinux.org gives me the following output:

I’ve tried updating the mirrors with reflector and the eos-welcome app. My network runs through pi-hole, but that doesn’t seem to be blocking it. Pi-hole is using Google DNS for upstream DNS. I can connect to aur.archlinux.org if I use a VPN or use my mobile hotspot. Not really sure what else I could try here. Any suggestions?
The AUR has been subjected to an ongoing denial of service attack over the last month or so, which means from time to time, you may have difficulty accessing it.
That said, I’m currently able to access it, and I can confirm the IP address aur.archlinux.org on my system, resolves to the same IP as yours (46.62.192.80).
It’s a little tricky to isolate whether the issue is your end, or the AUR, given that we can’t assume the AUR is 100% available. Perhaps try again tomorrow and see if it’s still an issue?
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to hit it for about a week now. Not really sure if this is an issue with my ISP directly at this point. I tried changing my DNS provider, but that didn’t seem to help. I am able to resolve the the address to an IP, so I’m assuming it’s not DNS.
It doesn’t appear to be DNS, particularly if the IP it’s resolving to is 46.62.192.80, which I can confirm is working here.
There seems to be something between your system, and the AUR, tripping up the connection (sorry, that’s probably obvious). Perhaps try disabling IPv6 on your system, and try again?
Funny enough, if I connect to my VPN hosted somewhere in Canada, I can connect to the AUR. If I am only connected to my network, then I cannot reach the AUR. And it’s only the AUR. I can still visit https://archlinux.org, but for some reason, not the subdomain https://aur.archlinux.org.
Would ipv6 be an issue if the network isn’t configured for using ipv6 to begin with? Not really sure how that works, if I’m honest. My ISP doesn’t support ipv6, so I just left that config disabled on my router.
