sudo rm /swapfile
will delete it.
You can just repeat the same steps the OP posted, substituting the value in count
in dd to the amount of MiB you want for your swapfile. I’d go for at least 4096 if you are planning to hibernate (I guess it is a laptop).
Don’t forget to add a corresponding entry to the /etc/fstab as well.
