Yeah as dirn said it’s fastfetch with a specific configs.
But it’s not all I also use starship for some more styling.

Any theme can become transparent/blurry, just look for one that is close to theme theme you are using, or maybe even find a matching kvantum theme on pling or something
edit : my bad, just look at swh screenshots, these settings will woks with any theme

If you only want transparency, and dont care about things like customizing buttons, colors etc … Then this way is better than the others imo, it will handle kvantum and klassy job way better and for some specific cases this is the only way to have transparency
