Thumbnails just stopped showing up in Dolphin

This happened mid session and has survived a reboot. I thought I accidentally bumped some keys on the keyboard when this happened, but I can’t undo it. This is ALL thumbnails. Images, Videos, Folders…

It’s perfectly capable of showing thumbnails in the right-hand panel for the individual previews, but will not show them in the file list.

Here’s my Dolphin settings:

I pressed that darn key SOO many times I swear to god… because I was sure that was the key I pressed but nothing changed… I don’t what’s changed since then and now but it’s working… thank you.
