Yeah, i3. It’s always i3. I just love the “nothing on screen” look I can create with it, and the config is just simple.
On the one hand, I wish I had solved the issue, but on the other, as an i3 enthusiast, I kinda get a hard-on creating a cleaner, less bloated working environment right now by reinstalling.
The learning curve is not steep at all, actually it’s very easy. I suggest you take a little time and install it and just live in it a day or two. To me it feels like Linux redone. Or Linux lite. It’s just so easy to make it what you want it to be, if light is what you like.
