Hello, help me please, my system isn’t waking up from sleep. I use proprietary NVIDIA 565.77. I also tried nvreg_preservevideomemoryallocations 1 but it didn’t solve the problem. I am using Wayland.

Yes. I tried starting them (results black screen, like when waking up from sleep), and enabling them. This didn’t solve the problem.

With KDE, I get a black screen when waking from sleep using X11. It’s like the monitors don’t wake up. It all works fine in Wayland.

if you are under Xfce , open a TTY

sudo restart lightdm.service

trouble since Nov 2023 from my side …

I was able to resolve a simular issue by switching to the nvidia-open drivers. You can find the steps detailed here:

Just beaware of endeavour specific settings!

What do you mean, which specific settings. I switched to nvidia-open and everything working fine.
