I reset the BIOS. Clicked the little button on the left side.
It seems to have fixed itself… BUT, I think my Wireless/BT card is bad… I can’t connect my JBL Flip 5…
It seems to me that JAVA is preventing freezes. If I have Minecraft running, it prevents this from happening… WHY?
Anyone?
After a freeze:
and
Also, I get this:
I can only get into Plasma by starting it in “safe mode” And I didn’t have keyboard support when I went into this page above.
Edit: it appears to be something with systemd…
This is the last bump…
In the last image, the error is related to mounting the storage device that contains the
/root partition. So to me it looks like a problem with the SSD / NVME or whatever device you are trying to boot from.
Pudge
…before… what?
Test the linux-lts
kernel. I also have weird CPU/Memory behavior on linux
, which does not happen on linux-lts
.
And be patient… My Magic Crystal Ball is on Easter vacations at the moment.
I tried a different NVME stick, I even tried a 2.5 SSD. Same thing.
Unless the PCIe bridges are compromised in some way…
Last bump, no one answered my last post. Gave you information about my logs.
I am not sure about the CPU, as it is a SoC. But my memory is perfectly fine.
Been a week since Easter… LOL…
Then you should remember that you are mostly sure that it is a hardware problem
unless it is systemd
I agree that you should stop bumping .
It is most probably a hardware issue.
What did the vendor support answer to your questions?
Off Topic:
My Crystal Ball is Made in Greece (C), so Easter was just yesterday .
Maybe it’s time to buy a new gaming device?
I believe I said several times that it is hardware related.
So…
I bump because I don’t want to wait through any more freezes. I’m fed up with this…
Got money growing on your tree, mate?
