when I switch from manjaro KDE to endeavouros KDE can I keep all the KDE (plasma & app) configs from my manjaro home folder?
are there similar hooks or tools available as with manjaro which can save or regenerate the modules after kernel upgrades like kernel-alive?

Yes, you can copy your .config, .local and other hidden directories and keep all the settings.
With Manjaro, you’ll be on the same version of packages as on Arch (or one version below) so everything should be compatible.
However, I prefer to configure everything from scratch (or copy config files very selectively). This is because old configs can get bloated over time.
