I installed endaevouros and selected the swap with hibernate option. It created a separate partition for swap but endaevouros wiki said that it won’t create another partition for swap if you choose swap with hibernate.
Is that an issue?

That isn’t a wiki article, it is notes from a release in 2019. From reading it, it looks like it only applied to manual partitioning.
Unless you installed from the July 2019 ISO, offline, with manual partitioning I wouldn’t worry about it overly.

No. The swap partition will be used for both swap and hibernation, the point of having “swap with hibernation” is making sure that the swap partition large enough to hold what’s in your RAM.
