What packages changed?

How long?

What is the increase from before the update?

You could reload plasmashell from a terminal and check for any error messages that might be causing an increased delay, like a widget.

killall plasmashell; kstart5 plasmashell&

Here’s mine also for that command.

Guys, I must confess to you that I just started to completely reinstall, have nothing better to do right now … I know this is the stupidest way to solve the problem, but I’ll take the opportunity to look at GNOME again. Thank you for your help, sorry, but right now I just don’t have the nerve for such a problem . Just discovered earlier that the audio settings (pavucontrol as well) no longer show individual streams to be able to individually adjust the volume. Plasma …

can be closed …

Gnome? :crying_cat_face:

It’s just for interest anyway, after that I’ll probably grudgingly go back to Plasma, maybe back to Xfce, I don’t know. I’m just sick of these little problems that keep popping up. I’m too old for this shit …

I don’t seem to get many issues with anything except when vm isn’t working properly. When it works I’m okay with it. When it doesn’t I don’t like it so i understand that.
