I get the same issue of the page not loading at all. I’m in chrome on win10 (it’s my work computer, I got no choice). @dalto that link you posted says it doesn’t exist or is private when I go to it, so you might have changed it already.
Edit: FWIW right click and open in new tab worked for me in chrome. I did see the same issue of chrome thinking the page was unresponsive after a little bit, when it really wasn’t though.

Now I notice that the page in Vivaldi, although visually complete, did not actually load completely. The Reload Page icon in the toolbar displays an X. Also, attempts to reload the page fail, either by clicking that icon or by pressing F5. I can close that tab easily and load the page again in another tab, and the page appears visually to be complete, but again the Reload Page icon in the toolbar displays an X and reloading within the new tab is not possible.
Ya I find the same on Vivaldi. It loads instantly.
