I haven’t had time to fully debug this yet, but if you want an easy workaround, just use a SATA disk in your VM instead of SCSI.
Now I know.. had issue with the same while testing encrypted install.. switching hard drive settings from scsi to SATA resolved it the same here.
This should be resolved now that dracut 112 is in the repos.
I don’t see SATA only SCSI?
Delete the disk and add a new one.
Although, this shouldn’t be needed anymore.
