Honestly I’m more into the old school stuff and just prefer the original Enterprise.
the one Kirk commanded was my favorite. Unsure of model #.
Also the Bakula/Enterprise Nx-01.
at this current point in time the Sovereign Class and The Intrepid Class are both favorites of mine.
The Romulan Warbird of the D’deridex Class is my alltime favorite. It commanded respect and angst.
If it comes down to Starfleet, it must be the Defiant:
Obviously the original one, with the (acording to the Treaty of Algeron) respective romulan officer to maintain the cloaking device. Overpowered, overgunned, cloaked, what’s not to love!
Shuttles are the best, everytime you see a shuttle, the episodes are generally far more interesting.
Enterprise-A, Enterprise-E, Defiant, Klingon Bird of Prey, Romulan Warbird, so many great options.
I’d have to say though, Voyager has a special place in my heart.
There’s something pretty awesome to a story about being flung across the galaxy, with a mixed crew of StarFleet, Marquis and species native to the quadrant having to figure it out the unknown entirely on their own, so they can hopefully one day get home. And this relatively modest, mid-tier ship carried them.
Ironically the first Alien fits this premised mostly. I thought that was pretty awesome like ST is pretty awesome.
Sounds like that one episode where Captain Ripley had to go back to get her cat
