@ramon395 start flameshot it appears in tray.
Rightclick tray icon, click area of screen and drag, Then use the options (icons round edge) to draw on it …

Update, i think it has been 9 days now and i didn’t have any problems with printscreens except on the first day, i think i had flameshot taking 1 or 2 screenshots back in the day when i installed it but i think that’s all, i did not have any other screenshots taken so far, this issue is a bit odd and kind hard to track down.
