Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer previous2021 release fails to execute due to issues with engine.so

Was doing a bit of reading and came across this here on github and maybe it can help or point you the right direction.

I have followed instructions for building on Linux however: `game/mod_tf` doesn'…t exist instead `game/mod_tf_linux64` exists, this is probably just a simple mistake by whoever documented it. Running that file yields an error that it fails to `load interface VCvarQuery001 from engine.so`. The issue deceptively lies with `libcurl-gnutls.so.4`, something somewhere related to the engine wants that library but cannot find it. Placing version `4.7.0` from Sniper Runtime somewhere in the dynamic linker's path, such as: `Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer/bin/linux64/libcurl-gnutls.so.4` fixes the issue and the game launches. I suspect this could be an issue with the launcher forgetting a library path.
