AUR packages have problems sometimes.
The right place to get it fixed is here: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/palemoon-bin/
Note that it is already flagged out of date.

No, i was analizing this place and i don’t understand how it can be fixed …

If installing doesn’t work, you don’t necessarily have to.
Download the x64 tarball from this link.After that just extract the archive and run the browser.
