[SOLVED]Need help setting up microphone

I posted above the proper info from Boya. It has to be on for pc so the battery is likely dead or there is a problem with it. Get a new battery they are cheap! It has to be plugged into the mic port on pc.

apologies! Looks like I missed the very first reference I should’ve checked out. Foolish on my part to not check the manufacturer website
Thanks for the info!

As for the batteries, i can’t get them right now because the shops are all shut because of lock down. However, I have a tiny temperature display tool in my room, which is probably using the same kind of batteries. I’ll have to see if those fit into my mic.
I’ll leave this for tomorrow though; its late over here and I’ve to revise my lessons.
Good night everyone

will check it out once I get my mic working…bookmarked!

does zoom work good now?

not yet. I need to put in a battery for my mic to work, and i can’t purchase them right now.
There’s always a fallback option: I can attend my classes on my phone.

Exactly what worked for me. Thanks for link.

I was using an “Ananlog Stereo Output” and also not finding/understanding why I can’t get a mic input, all I need to do to change that to “Analog Stereo Duplex” and it works now. Thanks
