Yeah. But also the threads when someone tries to solve several issues at the same time tend to get messy and difficult to follow. The title of the topic has nothing to to do with their pacman/update or graphics card issue.

Well, you overwrote your pacman.conf file 
Should I reinstall my Kernel and nvidia driver? And if so, how to do it propperly (still in Arch-chroot). Don’t want to do more mistakes

As I thought before, reinstalling the Nvidia proprietary driver from chroot fixed my problem. System is booting as normal.
Now the only thing left is to update my scarlett solo 4th Gen firmware (got an error days ago, but sound still worked so I ignored it for the time being).
Not sure what the problem here is. In sounds it is stated as: Scarlett Solo 4th Gen [ALSA UCM error] Pro. But as long my microphone and sound is working I will check this out on another day.

It looks you have copied your entire root system to /home 
Except your user directory, none of those directories should be in there.
Don’t know what you did but this doesn’t look correct.
Can you show what is under endeavouros?
Except your user directory under home, you can delete all the others. They shouldn’t be there at the first place.
