Small introduction, new member

I thought I would introduce myself

I am a grown man ( not to grown ) that has used linux on and off since 2006 with Ubuntu 6.06, unfortunately for me I have had a tendency to use distros that are more or less automated, but after I bought a gaming console I decided now is the time to learn linux, really learn since I no longer need Window$ for the most played games. I am also starting on a new education so learning linux is a good way to condition my brain for new knowledge.

I did a thorough research before choosing Endeavour OS, I tried Manjaro a couple of years ago, but didn’t really get into it, but it did peak my interest with Arch based systems and so I decided to try EOS.

You should expect many newbie questions from me since my knowledge is basically restricted to apt-get :stuck_out_tongue:
Anyway, I’m excited to be a part of your community and I am looking forward to learning linux

Welcome to the community, it’s a great place to be. As a new :enos: convert also, I’ve found the information here extremely useful. Especially coming from a non-arch based distribution.
