Which Pokémon would be the right one to protect you? 
Assuming the elements, being tornado = flying type and gunshots = steel.. the perfect counter would be fire + electric type. And the only Pokemon I can think of right now that hast these 2 types is heat rotom.
Unless you want to go with Arceus or Silvally which can swap their types and you hope you don’t encounter the tornado and gunshots at exactly the same time. (But I think the literal God of Pokemon and the thing built after God could probably deal with that situation anyway lol)
