“Server” has been taken off its shelf, testing Plasma 6 on it now. ![]()

for share .
Here’s mine, KDE Plasma 6 with the KDE Wallpaper Engine plugin! Still need to do some more tweaking/tuning and work out some kinks, but otherwise pretty happy!
Yep! 2015 MBP. I got it for free after the last owner spilled water into the keyboard, repaired/replaced the damaged components, and have used it ever since.
I just downloaded Magia a day or two ago to try as my next VM.
Very cool to see.
Did you just hack the Argentina’s president’s Linux box?

I currently wait until Polonium 1.0 comes out (they are so close to), with fixes for Plasma 6 and Wayland. KDEs tiling mechanisms aren’t useful to me. It’s just a pain without automatic tiling, as I was a auto tiling window manager user. In the screenshot the right top menu shows a list of all windows from all virtual desktops.
Edit: Ah dang it, I forgot to expand the alias before execution. In case anyone wondering, this is not neofetch, it’s: fastfetch --logo none --gpu-format '{2} [{6}] {3}' --gpu-force-vulkan
Hello @pebcak how are you?
Javier Milei as you say is the president of my country and yes Mageia did not allow me to write my usual user and I heard on the TV a note that they were doing and then I wondered: why not javier-milei? ![]()
Hola @Resiliencia ! I’m fine! Hope you are doing well as well!
Yes, your username caught may attention and found it a bit “funny”.
a tu salud!

So my daily driver on the PC is EOS. I wanted something different for the laptop. I’ve used Linux Mint quite a bit over the years. Always loved the Cinnamon implementation. Though I’ve gotten rather tired of all things Ubuntu. I haven’t used Debian in at least 5 years. So, I figured why not get what I loved from Mint and what I remember loving from Debian…
LMDE is a great OS
solid choice.
