Gonna get hate for this

Here ist no hate. Here ist the EOS forum.
Just reinstalled Endeavour OS with GNOME after a time dabbling with other distributions, feels good to be home again.

Cool stuff, did you use standard widgets or need to write any code to get the tools in the bar like this? I used qtile before and they have some neat widgets, but some of your look different than the standard available.
Cool wallpaper, where from?
I like that wallpaper, too. I recall seeing it before:
I didnāt get it at first until I saw the win logo.
what about edge, is that Firefox masked with the edge logo?
only widgets i use
Yoda? ![]()
I see someone else already linked it. I actually took it from another post in this thread.
I do not understand
Yoda from Star wars only speaks by adding the verb at the end of sentences. It sounds like Yoda speaking. since I have the mandalorian avatar I thought I make the joke about that⦠Makes sense?
ahh okay
I only speak Arabic
Iāve never seen the Star Wars movie
so I did not know what Yoda was
I understand now
good joke
Thanks! I am not native English speaking but start getting those jokes, too many years in N America.
That is edge, i want no foss stuff on my windows, i need to send all the data back to the microsoft servers.
It is windows!? I thought it was kde with modified icons
do you mean for real, you work for windows, or because you like them spying on your system
Just my gaming desktop, i have 2 other boxes with eos kde/gnome, once many more games with anticheat support linux, I will switch.
Edit - Windows 11 looks surprisingly like Linux now, after uninstalling all the extra stuff and using the workspace feature, I feel like Iām using kde
Added neofetch

Why? This forum is literally full of people who make poor life choices. Or, maybe thatās just me. I mean, itās definitely me, but I think thereās others too.
Anyway, Iām there with you.
I am still using for none other than gaming, my nephew still wants to play new world and battlefield 2042 which is not supported yet on proton, i hope with the steam deck release, all that will change and i can fully use linux on all my desktop.
