I thought I’d throw this out there. I like my Debian with a dash of aged Cinnamon. Nothing like an old i686 relic.
@jruschme - My suggestion if you’re still looking for 32-bit distros. . .

A very mostly vanilla Gnome desktop does it for me. Using Adwaita-Dark and Adwaita++ icons ![]()

I’ve been playing around with it recently. It’s more than likely going to be replacing the old year long Arch Cinnamon install. Fedora 34 workstation was absurdly stupid easy to install. It was maybe 3-4 mouse clicks and a few minutes later I was off and running. I like it as is, no extensions required.

Fedora 34 is great.

Endeavour … I say again …may day … may day… I’m being sucked into a worm hole!

Solus…

I like Solus’s version of Gnome and Budgie.
Edit: They are still using 3.38 but i like it just the same if not more!
Yes, and the KDE Plasma version is good also…

Arch Cube!

Do they push the use of snaps? I like budgie and I appreciate the work they’ve done.
I believe Solus has snap and flatpak enabled by default, but not pushed.
I would be fine with flatpak. Very cool. Thank you!
I actually think from a new user who knows nothing about nothing, budgie is actually very simple and intuitive.
