running smoothly of cause, i know how to slick the system, but yes i do see that on stuff like building the ISO it takes all the power away, but i can still watching hd movies while building the ISo so why i should produce trash and buy something better?
Sorry for the late response it’s Inverse Dark
Made a nord bspwm rice last night,
Thought today try out simple budgie … Pretty similar to GNOME with arc menu really …
u-he…Music to my ears!
there are extensions for that, but i think i remember you having problem with it in another thread…speaking for myself, i dont need desktop icons (anymore). I like my desktop clean. And the META key becomes your friend. Not only can you hit META key and start typing to open an app - you can open files the same way. Typing the first letters of the filename (be it a document, mp3, movie, whatever) is enough - sure, you need to know the filename…at least somehow
Btw, really nice wallpaper you have
edit: here is mine
In the panel setup, if you choose AppMenu instead of Budgie Menu one can get a app menu more like Gnome. About the only difference between AppMenu and Gnome’s menu is the panes move horizontally instead of vertically.

finally got picom play nice and got balance right on transparency on polybar on ARM
isn’t your cpu usage rising when using picom in combination with cava on ARM?
I notice it on my odroid N2+. I think it’s because picom has to re-render the transparancy every time the bars in cava move.
It never reaches alarming levels, but I notice it nonetheless
nice theming btw!
yes … no worry about it Cava just please eyes ( it pointless really i like it tho )
I know
Guilty of it as well
Hive ? what’s that nice gui?
I changed around my laptops, the Latitude 7490 is now running Debian, and the Latitude 7410 2-in-1 is running Endeavour…
Settling into EndeavorOS quite nicely. not 100% sure if I am gonna stick with XFCE or not, but here’s my current desktop! ^^
Forget the desktop I want him. He’s precious. Looks like my Jetboy.
Nice color in the coat!
Edit: I’d take em in a heart beat!
